Operations

Mark is responsible for the internal systems, reporting, and analysis needs of OISS.

Dawn is responsible for MyOISS setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Lexi provides support for record processing in the Foreign National Information System (FNIS).

Rachel oversees all internal and external communications, including the website, and is responsible for OISS operational budget, policies and procedures.

Julie provides administrative support to the OISS Executive Director and assists with communications projects including website maintenance.

Natasha is responsible for visa compliance, directs the administrative team, and oversees the day to day functions of the MyOISS platform.
